Recap & Week Ahead – It has been a “December to Remember”. Content across the board has been delivering well, and just in time for your book to provide you a little Christmas bonus! The World Cup performed very well in the content! We cashed some big wins along the way and the World Cup Futures Report picked up 5 units thanks to Mbappe winning the Golden Boot. If France could have pulled out the win in penalties that total would have boosted to +12 units of profit on the futures report! I will never complain with a win though. Hope you had as much fun with the tournament a I did.
One popular bit of the World Cup content was my betting market breakdowns of each match. Following the money in three of the final matches of the World Cup provided not only an exact score win, but cashed the improbable comeback DRAW in the the Finals! Now let’s get into this week’s action…
Early Sharp Buy (10-6-0 for +3.4 units) – In this section of the newsletter I look for what play is seeing the cleanest and largest sharp buy at this point in the week. The section is graded based on the result of the play here, however this play can be used for a few things. We have seen situations whereby the newsletter’s early buy sees counter buying later in the week. These reverse buys have shown to be a VERY STRONG and profitable to follow. So, keep the below game in mind as the week goes along.
The Early Sharp Buy of Atlanta +4 had a nice comeback for the cover this past week. For the week ahead, the early sharp buy is on the Las Vegas Raiders +3 over Pittsburgh.
Early Algorithm Look (11-4-0 for +6.6 units) – The section here is quite simple. I run my favorite NFL & NCAAF side algorithms and my favorite NFL & NCAAF totals algorithms each week. I then post the play showing the most value here.
Algorithm cashed with Chicago +9 last week! For the week ahead it is showing value on Carolina +2.5 over Detroit. The algorithm is showing this game should be a PK, and instead we are getting 2.5 points of value with Carolina…I’ll grab it!
My Handicapping (7-9-0 for -3.1 units) – Son of a bitch!! I am the laggard in the TSP Newsletter. I did say I suck at handicapping though at the beginning of the season. So, you were forewarned! I might have to extend TSP Newsletter to the final week of the season now just to get in the green!
For this week I am going with the NY Jets at a PK over Jacksonville. It’s a simple analysis here. We have the white hot Jacksonville Jaguars who just beat up a depleted Tennessee team and then took it to Dallas this past weekend, getting the outright win at home. These newly awesome Jaguars find themselves going against the lowly NY Jets…who have QB issues and who just lost to everyone’s new favorite…the Detroit Lions. Not to mention, a few weeks ago the Jets were the talk of the town…that talk his since died off.
I love this sort of setup…buy low and sell high. I bought the Jaguars two weeks ago thanks to a KB Consensus on them over the Titans and they cashed a ticket for me. Then this past week the Jags get the win against Dallas. Well, it is time to sell the Jags. The Jags were ABSOLUTELY DOMINATED by the Lions only three weeks ago. Let’s hold off on crediting the Jags with becoming an AFC powerhouse in that short period of time.
On the flip side of this game are the NY Jets…a team with some issues at QB due to the attitude problems with Zach Wilson and then the injury to White due to his assault in the Bills game. Detroit was able to beat these Jets…in a much closer game than the Jags had against the same Lions. The Jets lost by 3 points. A few weeks ago the Jets were a contender, now they are being disregarded by the market.
Given the above, I think the Jags come into this game completely overvalued and I think the Jets are undervalued due to recent performance. However, the Jags coming up to the cold in NY usually has an affect on teams, and it might be just the edge the Jets need to squeak past for the win. I think the Jags will also be hungover from the Dallas win and the Jets have had nothing to think about but their loss against the Lions as they get to stay home an prepare for the Jags. Advantage to the home team in these Thursday affairs, and I will take that advantage and value. Give me the NY Jets PK over Jacksonville!

My Two Cents – With this being the week leading into Christmas, I just wanted to send a brief message. I won’t drone on and on because I don’t want to dilute the message and I don’t want to put you to sleep.
With only one more issue left of the TSP Newsletter, I just want to thank all of you reading this today and this past season! It really means the world to me. It is flattering to get your feedback regarding My Two Cents on any given week or the content in general. Knowing the information I put out is read and appreciated by all (most) of you, is awesome and makes it all worthwhile.
I have a love/hate relationship with the TSP Newsletter. It takes a lot of time to put it together, primarily digging through the markets and then writing the My Two Cents and now the Review sections. So, when it comes to an end in a week I will enjoy the added free time in my schedule. However, it is awesome knowing the time I put in pays dividends for those of you reading it, both in wins and entertainment value of the TSP Newsletter content!
